The Dairy Arminio has a history almost a century , Gaetano Arminio , grandfather and namesake of the owner , in 1920 began to learn the art of small livestock and milk processing at the shepherds of Abruzzo . Once back in Bisaccia , birthplace , passed down to his family his passion .
Over the years the company’s business and rural peasant was increased , improving it and turning it into a cattle highly equipped dedicated husbandry, cereal crops , and processing milk .
