The farm Fischetti born in the green hills of Irpinia from a distant and ancient family tradition, passed down with experience and skill. Through the traditional processing of milk and dairy products, the company aims to offer the flavors of the past.
The milk comes from cows originated from crosses, with prevalence of cows bred Brown Swiss and Simmental. The company’s products are cacioricotta, scamorza and braids, cheese and caciocavalli Irpinia.
