On the day of June 15 is celebrated St. Vito Martire, the young Christian who was martyred for the faith in 303 A. D. The story goes that it was the Emperor Diocleziano to have him imprisoned and killed. The whole country is waiting with great joy the solemn celebrations to commemorate the saint, which take place in the church of St. Rocco in Morra De Sanctis.
