The church of Santa Maria del perillo (danger) was built before 1225. It was the first church outside the walls and served as a parish before the construction of Santa Maria del Popolo in the sixteenth century. In the old building there was originally the framework of the Majesty currently place in the Church Mother. Today this building, which is linked to the legend of the indomitable bull, there are only a few ruins.
